Prospect Farm is a contemporary single storey dwelling set outside the development zone on the north downs in Hawkinge. The dwelling has been designed to nestle into the countryside minimising its visual impact with a sedum roof finish, timber cladding and by docking into the landscape.

Many sustainable technologies have been incorporated into its design including Solar PV panels, an air sourced heat pump and triple glazing

The design responds to the client’s unique requirements and includes 4 bedrooms, open plan reception rooms and a home office.
