Covering 1800m2, this modern single-storey building features a blend of render and timber cladding, complemented by expansive glazing for an inviting active frontage. Additionally, the site offers six Fastned EV charging spaces to cater to electric vehicle users.

 

CLArchitects successfully obtained planning permission and delivered a comprehensive design package to bring this project to fruition.
