BOARDING HOUSE

CL Architects completed the conversion and refurbishment of a former care home into a new Boarding House for Earlcliffe School, an Independent Sixth Form College in Folkestone.

 

The plans included 36 twin and single rooms with ensuites along with a homely Dining and Social Space for the students.

Our appointment included Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design and Principal Designer Role.

​

Following our appointment CL Architects, obtained planning consent, prepared detailed drawings, acted as contract administrator and oversaw the construction phase.

​

The project was opened for the September 2022 academic year.
