The new Nursery at Ashford School’s Prep School in Great Chart will create a high quality facility that can accommodate up to 60 children in an environment that reflects the schools ethos for ‘Adventurous Learning’.

The plan centres around the Dining Hall which forms the heart of the building. Off the Dining Hall are the 4 group rooms which all have access to either the front or rear external play areas. Each group room will have its own toilet and changing facility.

The design responds to the existing building reflecting the materials and responding to the scale and mass.

The reception and dining hall large expanses of glazing to create a light and welcoming feel and showcasing the exciting facilities within.
