CLArchitects have obtained planning consent for a block of flats behind an existing end of terrace retail unit on Cheriton High Street.

The project included the demolition of disused workshops at the rear of the site to construct a stylish block of five contemporary flats.

The design takes inspiration from the local architectural character, combining traditional influences with a modern approach to detailing, resulting in a development that complements its surroundings while offering a fresh perspective.
