CLArchitects have developed a sympathetic design to convert and extend the former NatWest Bank on Cheriton High Street into 9 flats.

 

The site occupies a prominent corner location and the design respond to many of the architectural features of the existing building as well as All Souls Church opposite.

 

A mix of 6 one and two bed flats are to be located in the existing building along with 3 flats in the 3 storey high rear extension.  These are all access of a new triple height central hall linking the existing to the new.

 

The architecture of the extension is crisp and modern with references to the existing historic building.
