CLArchitects are delighted to have obtained planning permission for a modern four-storey block of flats located behind 120 Sandgate Road.

The new block has been thoughtfully designed with a courtyard separating it from the existing building, creating a harmonious yet distinct addition to the site. The ground floor features a durable brick plinth, while the first and second floors are finished in render, complemented by timber-clad balconies for added character.

The recessed top floor is finished with contrasting timber cladding, creating a contemporary aesthetic. Large windows are a key feature, maximizing natural light in the staircase and living spaces for an inviting and airy environment.
