Conversion Of Protea House, Dover

Protea House is the end three terrace houses of the grade 2 listed Waterloo Crescent on the Dover Waterfont; it forms part of the conservation area.

The site offers incredible views out over the channel to France.

The proposals are for the conversion from its existing use as offices into 9 luxury flats. The flats have been arranged to maximise their unique location with the key reception rooms and bedrooms being located to face the English Channel.

As part of the design process careful consideration has been given to ensure that the Building Historic features are respected but environments fit for modern living are created.

A full planning application has been submitted and the project will start onsite in early 2017.
